This is the Smith-Morra Gambit, not played in Grandmaster tournaments,
but very popular at the chess club.

At San Antonio 1972, one Grandmaster failed to play 1...c5 against Ken
Smith. The annotator gave his first move a query, stating "better 1...c5,
winning a pawn."
