Error Message while extacting data for EDP Analysis

I'm using Build 66 on Windows 10. When I attempt to extract positions from an eBook for EDP analysis I get an abnormal termination with a pop-up message that reads... "GBSIFC Has an illegal move." This particular eBook was constructed using COW's PGN import. The EDP file has 44,319 positions successfully exported for analysis before the failure occurs.

I still have the data if you want it but the DB is too large to send via email. I'll need to figure out how to put it on server somewhere if you really want to look at it. After looking at the data I concluded it wasn't worth salvaging and started over. Still, for error correction and debugging purposes, it might be useful to you. Let me know if you still want it, and perhaps drop a suggestion on how I can deliver it to you.
