Purchase of London System II eBook

Hi Mike,

I purchased the London System eBook and it gives me a Windows .exe to download. Not much use for a Mac user I'm afraid. I didn't see anywhere that the eBooks are only for the Windows version of COW and it kind of defeats the purpose of eBooks if they only work on one platform... so I'm guessing I was given the wrong download link?

Hey Tom,

When you log in, each ebook has three download options. One for legacy Windows, one for current 2016 Windows and one for current 2016 Macintosh in DMG format. Did you find an ebook that is missing the DMG file?

Thanks for pointing that out. I was able to download and install successfully.

I recommend changing the "download" email to include the three options or explaining to go to the ebooks section for the links. I didn't think to do that, obviously.

I purchased the 100 Essential Endings an hour or two ago and got the e-mail. I'm a Mac User so it doesn't work. It still doesn't show as available to me on https://bookupchess.customerhub.net/systems.
How long should this take?

Looks like I got access to the Mac version w/in 24 hours. All good. Thx. Love the tool. Can't wait to try out a tactics oriented learning approach with it.

It should be updated immediately after your purchase. You do need to log out and log back in again after purchasing though.
