bugs in Mac COW Professional build 161

1. The annotation shortcuts do not work (e.g. ⌥0, ⌥1, ⌥5, etc).

2. The "clear assessments" command does not work (if I understand things right, the "assessments" are the comment text added by doing an EPD | Analyze with Engine). Assessments are not removed.

3. Doing a second "Analyze with Engine" does not overwrite existing assessments, it inserts new ones.

I'm wrong. No bug. The numerical assessments DO get cleared. I thought the "pv" comments would also get cleared, but they do not and that is a feature, not a bug.
