The letter "G" could be part of an annotation system used by the chess software or hollow knight engine you're using, and different programs might use different letters or symbols to represent move quality.

The letter "G" appearing to the left of some candidate moves in chess analysis tools when interpreted backwards from unblocked games PGN often represents the move that was actually played in the game.
