switch board colors

Is there a way to switch the board from white on the bottom to black on the bottom ?

The following is referring to COW Pro, Build 113.
In a board window, under menu item "Commands", is "White At Bottom". Clicking on it will toggle between White at the bottom and Black at the bottom.
