COW Supported? Updated?

I purchased BookUp Pro and MasterChess 8000, and later Chess Openings Wizard Pro for macOS from Mike. I also purchased the iPad version.
When I log in to the BookUp members site (always using the same email address), I see no information about COW updates (specifically for macOS in my case), my purchase history, etc. I am not receiving any update notifications through any other means, and my emails to Mike have been repeatedly ignored.
Yesterday, I saw that Mike was on Chess.com, so I messaged him. He asked me to email him, which I just had. He said he would be in the Office the next day (today) and address my concern. So far nothing. Hopefully, Mike will see this and perhaps address this issue.
How is everyone notified about program updates? Is there any support for COW?
Still, as a paying customer, I believe that I have good reason to feel disappointed.
