Free ebook

Post by android »

Is there any free ebook for COW 2016. I am tempted to create one and share to community. Is this OK Mike?

Is there a free COW 2016 where an ebook can be viewed?

There is not currently a free version of COW 2016. Perhaps I should make a free app to do just that.

Creating a free ebook would be quite welcome. I could even help you promote it and/or distribute it.

There seems to be a bug in symbols.
Manually input = symbol, but after taking back to branch, it will add itself a new symbol. The eval with 0 should have = symbol.

If I will clear all the symbols, it would, but after reaching a leaf node, take back a move, it will add a symbol by itself.

I am using COW 2016 build 68.

But I also have the legacy version prof. I think I will use the legacy version to create an ebook.

What you are seeing is the backsovled symbol. That symbol is calculated by the optimum lines for both sides, based on the assessments of the final position in each line. It cannot edited.

Here is a video that goes into the process of Backsolving: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYt_YinfXpA

Have you added now the assessment and symbol synchronization?
