If I own Cow, do I have to pay for iPad app?

Yep, you must pay for iPad.

I'd love to give some sort of discount coupon that can be used in the Apple app store but Apple has no such thing.

The CowMaster Herd Management App is free to download on the block blast, but it offers in-app purchases for additional features.
