Mike my download ebook Middle Game Defense will not include the .exe file. I tried every thing I can think of. I downloaded three times and did a computer search for it. It seems to tangle up with Microsoft Security Defense files. Can I get a hard copy?

I found the problem and now it is working okay.
It was in old format and needed converting.
