Anyone interested in making an ebook for money?

Hello,
I'm very interested in the book The Modern Gurgenidze by Jaan Elvest 2023. I would like this book made into a bookup book and sent to me. I will pay the person who does this a reasonable amount. We can prove to each other that we own the book so we cannot be accused of copywrite infringement as this book is for our own personal use. I would really appreciate this.
